فندق قريب من المسجد جداً، ومشرف المدخل Mr. Nizam Al-Din إنسان عظيم وصاحب خبرة في التعامل. إذا طلبت منه شيئاً يوفره في أقرب وقت، ودائماً ما شاء الله اللهم بارك يسأل إن كان هناك أي تقصير من الفندق. ما شاء الله حكيم في خبرته وتعاملاته. أنا ضيف بريطاني والحمد لله مثقف ومتعلم وأفهم في الأشياء، وأقول للفندق: طالما هذا المشرف موجود إن شاء الله فندقكم سيكون من أفضل الفنادق في حي النسيم. هذا الكلام ليس مجاملة بل هو قليل في حقه. أما بالنسبة للاستقبال صراحة ما ارتحت لهم كثير، ولم أشعر بذاك الترحيب المتوقع من الفندق. أتمنى تحسين التعامل والترحيب بالضيوف مستقبلاً. جزاكم الله عنا خير الجزاء، وكل عام وأنتم بخير وعساكم من عواده. 🇬🇧🇸🇦💚❤️ السعودية دائماً عز وفخر🇸🇦 The hotel is very close to the mosque and the location is excellent. I would especially like to thank the entrance supervisor, Mr. Nizam Al-Din. He is very professional and experienced in dealing with guests. Whenever I asked for something, he provided it quickly and always checked if everything was fine. I am a British guest and I appreciate good service. As long as Mr. Nizam Al-Din is working here, I believe this hotel will remain one of the best in the Al Naseem area. He truly deserves appreciation. As for the reception, to be honest, I did not feel very comfortable with the welcome. I hope the reception service can improve in welcoming guests in the future. Property was okay. Elevators very slow as it’s busy but should have more elevators to accommodate the crowds. Glass windows should be cleaned from outside. Breakfast was cold and not many options

An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel.

Room was spotless and luxurious but may need a little bit of update in the near future. Staff was great and extremely helpful.

This hotel has excellent staff who respond to your needs and requirements. From greeting at car arrivals, to reception, housekeeping, dining. The house keeping on our floor were really polite and cleaned room. Prayer room staff were at your service providing chairs and prayer mats and refreshments for long salahs. We went during last 10 nights of ramadan. Excellent location with access to a supermarket LuLu and food court in the shopping areas. Iftar food was excellent - seafood, world wide cuisines. They happily arranged to change breakfast to dinner when we were going to leave before breakfast at a small additional charge which was worth it for us. Overall a great experience and loved the hotel.
